My CRE career kicked off in 2009 at Colliers working under the mentorship of two ASVB hall of fame brokers…
Fast forward to today…
I’ve completed over 320+ transactions, totaling 13.2+ Million square feet, and $3.6+ Billion in value throughout my career.
And officially launched Silicon Valley’s newest commercial real estate brokerage, MinnisCRE, Inc.!

Born and raised in San Jose – I’m a Silicon Valley native.
My wife (Kat) and I planted our roots in Willow Glen…
Where we’re raising our four children (Sophia, Olivia Rose, Reese & Shane Austin) and our 3 dogs (Pappy, Bear & June).
I’m a Santa Clara University alumni – where I received my B.S. in Commerce (Finance & Management).
During college I was an executive board member of Pi Kappa Alpha, trained with the SCU boxing and rugby teams, and spent a semester abroad in Barcelona, Span.
With local roots, I graduated from Saint Francis High School where I wrestled and played football.
